1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on 77rr, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow others to access your Account. All activity occurring under your Account will be deemed to be conducted by you and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and charges incurred.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify 77rr customer support and change your password. We recommend using a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

77rr supports deposits and withdrawals through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept e-wallet transactions through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Deposits are generally processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets, although some methods may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods or due to third-party processing delays.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in the Account holder's name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 1 hour for verified Accounts during banking hours (WIB - Western Indonesia Time). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. We reserve the right to charge withdrawal fees or impose limits on withdrawal frequency to prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met (see Section 6).

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

77rr is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on suspicious transactions. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests are processed, except in cases where the Account is closed for regulatory or security reasons. Unusual betting patterns or withdrawal requests without reasonable wagering activity may trigger investigation and temporary account restrictions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games contribution varies by specific game. 6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, may result in bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and legal action.

6.4 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have validity periods ranging from 7 to 60 days depending on the promotion type. Unused bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your Account balance.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (including bandar bola or football bookmaker services), all bets are governed by the official rules of the respective sport and competition. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules depend on the specific market type and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules document accessible through customer support.

Popular betting markets include match result (1X2), Over/Under total goals, Asian Handicap (voor bola), Both Teams To Score (BTTS), correct score, and mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections). 7.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension Grounds

77rr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• You create multiple Accounts or attempt to circumvent account restrictions
• Your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling and we become aware of your location
• You engage in behaviors detrimental to other players or the Platform's integrity

10.2 Account Closure Process

Upon Account termination, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any outstanding fees or chargebacks. Bonus funds and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Accounts closed due to fraud, violation of Terms, or criminal activity may result in permanent forfeiture of all funds.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures. We recommend withdrawing your full balance before requesting closure to avoid processing delays.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
